Abstract

This study examines how administrative effectiveness at the Nigerian Army College of Education, Sobi, Ilorin, is affected by accessibility to information and communication technology. The research methodology used was quantitative survey data. The study aims to determine the existing ICT infrastructure, evaluate administrative staff members' ICT proficiency and investigate the prospects and problems related to ICT integration. The study also examines how increasing ICT accessibility might help with administrative procedures and overall organizational performance. It is anticipated that the results of this study will offer insightful guidance to educational establishments seeking to use ICT for administrative improvement, especially in the Nigerian environment. The study suggests that increasing overall operations and effectiveness at the Nigerian Army College of Education Sobi Ilorin requires investigating ICT accessibility as a means of enhancing administrative efficiency
