Abstract

The Package C Equality Program is a form of Non-Formal Education which aims to provide learning opportunities for people who cannot complete formal education. This research aims to analyze the learning of the Package C Equality Program at PKBM Tunas Mekar which includes aspects of planning, implementation, assessment and evaluation of learning. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the Head of PKBM, teachers and students. The research results show that learning planning is carried out by preparing the curriculum according to the needs of the learning community. Learning is implemented using face-to-face and online methods with a flexible approach according to the conditions of the learning community. Evaluation is carried out through academic assessments, skills assessments to become a benchmark for students' competency achievement and regular monitoring of learning progress. Inhibiting and supporting factors that influence the management of learning at PKBM Tunas Mekar include supporting factors, namely competent teachers, active learning citizens, enthusiastic and cooperative during learning. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is limited facilities and infrastructure that do not meet the needs of learning residents. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that learning management at PKBM Tunas Mekar has been implemented in a structured and systematic manner in accordance with planning. There are also supporting and inhibiting factors that influence it so that it can provide suggestions, namely to be able to improve facilities and infrastructure that are more effective in supporting learning activities.
